1. Delivery in Poland
InPost parcel-locker delivery and DHL courier delivery in Poland are free, with no minimum order value. Choose an available method in the Shopify checkout. Other destinations or delivery methods are available only when offered during ordering; any charge must be shown before you place the order.
2. Delivery time and collection
The delivery time stated when ordering applies. Unless another time is agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Provide accurate recipient details and the selected parcel locker or address. Contact [email protected] about delays; statutory remedies, including an additional delivery deadline and withdrawal where provided by law, remain available.
3. Payments
Prices are in PLN and include applicable taxes. Available payment methods and the final total after discounts are shown in checkout before you place an order with an obligation to pay. Availability depends on the provider, device and order. A pending payment does not mean it has been received; check the provider confirmation and order status. Do not send us your card number or bank login details.
4. Damaged or missing parcels
When you use a carrier offered by the store, we bear the risk until you or your designated recipient receive the goods. Report damage or a missing parcel to [email protected] or +48 728 995 991. Photos and a carrier report may help but are not conditions for a statutory complaint. The Return Policy covers change-of-mind returns and non-conforming goods.
