Store Terms

Terms for purchasing a Pawse keychain, delivery, returns and complaints.

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Overview

The seller operating pawse.pl is Miłosz Protyński Services, tax ID (NIP) 8952072726, ul. Małopanewska 18a/5, 54-212 Wrocław, Poland. These terms cover the website and store. They do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. Information about personal data is provided separately in the Privacy Policy; browsing the site does not constitute marketing consent.

1. Access and Account

You can browse without an account. The site requires internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and storage necessary for the cart. Ordering requires an email address and information needed for payment and delivery. Provide accurate details and protect account access. A person without full legal capacity may purchase within the limits permitted by law or with the required consent of a legal representative. Using the website is free; connection costs depend on your provider.

2. Our Products

The product sold is a physical Pawse keychain. The Pawse app for iPhone and Android is free, and using it with the purchased keychain does not require a subscription or recurring access fees. Full access is indefinite as described in the offer. Scanning the keychain requires an NFC-enabled phone. Check the product description and current device requirements before purchasing. The seller remains responsible for conformity with the contract, promised features and required updates. Later offer changes do not alter an existing order.

3. Orders

Choose a product and quantity, then continue to the Shopify checkout. Review your details, delivery method, payment method and total before placing an order using the button indicating an obligation to pay. The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided. A pending payment is not a completed payment. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order; this does not limit your statutory right to withdraw.

4. Prices and Billing

Store prices are expressed in Polish zloty and include applicable taxes. The total, discounts and any delivery charge are shown before you submit the order. The price agreed for an order does not change when the offer is updated. Use an authorised payment method available in the checkout. Payment status and payment-provider instructions are shown during payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

InPost parcel-locker and DHL courier delivery in Poland are free with no minimum order value. The delivery time stated at purchase applies; unless another period is agreed, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of concluding the contract. With a carrier offered by the store, the seller bears the risk until you or your designated recipient receive the goods. Report damage or a missing parcel to the seller. See Delivery and payments for details.

6. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and other materials are protected by their owners’ intellectual property rights. Use them within the applicable licence and statutory permitted use. These terms do not exclude legal rights, including the right to save your purchase documents.

7. Optional Tools

Additional tools may have their own terms and privacy information. Their use is optional unless a tool is necessary for the service you ordered. This does not exclude the seller’s responsibility for performance of its contract or your mandatory rights.

8. Third-Party Links

External websites and app stores are operated by their respective providers. Their own terms apply to services you obtain from them. A link does not transfer the seller’s responsibility for your Pawse order to another provider.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Shopify supplies the cart, checkout and order-management technology. Your seller is Miłosz Protyński Services, not Shopify. Questions, returns and complaints about a Pawse purchase should be addressed to the seller. These terms do not require you to waive legal claims against any provider.

10. Privacy Policy

The Store Privacy Policy describes data relating to the website, checkout and order handling. The cookie document explains browser storage and analytics and marketing choices. Marketing-tracking consent is separate from ordering and from consent to marketing messages.

11. Feedback

Send only content that you are entitled to share. Sending feedback does not transfer ownership of your work or provide unlimited rights to use your image or words in advertising. Any separate permission needed for publication or advertising will be requested separately.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

We correct mistakes in the website and notify affected customers when necessary. A correction does not automatically change an agreed price or cancel an existing contract. Any cancellation or change must have a legal or agreed basis and respect consumer rights.

13. Prohibited Uses

Do not use the website to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person or disrupt the store. Necessary protective measures must be proportionate and do not remove rights arising from a completed purchase.

14. Termination

Stopping use of the website does not affect an existing order, a complaint or the right to withdraw. Access purchased as part of a keychain offer cannot be ended at the seller’s unrestricted discretion. Any restriction or termination must have a lawful basis and respect mandatory consumer rights.

15. Conformity and complaints

The seller must supply conforming goods and is legally responsible for lack of conformity generally revealed within two years of delivery. Consumers may request repair or replacement and, where legal conditions are met, a price reduction or withdrawal. The seller bears statutory repair or replacement costs. Send a description and requested remedy to [email protected] or the correspondence address. We respond to a consumer complaint within 14 days of receipt; failure to respond within that period means acceptance of the complaint. These rules do not limit separate rights concerning digital elements or services, required updates and continuous supply. Website complaints may be sent to the same contact details.

16. Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for non-conforming goods or digital services, personal injury, intentional harm or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here requires a consumer to waive statutory remedies.

17. Statutory withdrawal

Consumers ordering online may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Send a clear withdrawal statement to the seller before that deadline and return the goods within 14 days of the statement. An account or prior approval is not required. For new orders under the current Return Policy, we extend the notification period to 30 days after receipt of the last item. Send the goods back within 14 days after your statement. Earlier orders retain any more favourable terms offered when ordered. See the Return Policy for details.

18. Sole traders with consumer rights

Statutory withdrawal and conformity rights also apply to an individual entering a contract directly related to their business if it is not professional in nature for that person, in particular considering their activity recorded in CEIDG. We also offer such individuals the voluntary 30-day return-notification period.

19. Order documents

Keep your order confirmation and the terms applicable when ordering. Product descriptions and commitments forming part of your order are not cancelled by a general statement in these terms. Failure to use a right immediately does not by itself mean that you waive it.

20. Assignment

Any transfer of contractual rights or obligations must comply with applicable law and may not reduce your rights. Where your consent is legally required, it must be obtained before the transfer.

21. Governing Law

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under applicable law. The competent court is determined by law; these terms do not impose the seller’s local court on a consumer. Information about consumer assistance and out-of-court dispute resolution is available from UOKiK and local consumer ombudsmen.

22. Headings

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

23. Changes to Terms of Service

Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively change orders already placed. Changes to an ongoing digital service require a lawful basis and the notices and rights required by law. Merely continuing to browse the website does not waive those rights.

24. Pawse App - Apple Standard EULA

App-store terms may also apply when you download the app. The link below provides Apple’s standard licence for reference; the licence shown with the actual app listing determines whether that standard licence applies. It does not exclude the seller’s statutory obligations.
